Refund Policy

At Merigian & Co., we are committed to delivering a professional and thoughtful design experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Consultation Appointments: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is completed.

 If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.

Interior Design Services: All design packages (including mood boards, material selections, layout planning, and more) are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before any work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees. Custom Product Orders (if applicable): Any materials, or custom product orders made through Merigian & Co. are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned once placed. Revisions: Each design service includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are available for an added fee. Refunds are not offered due to personal preference changes once deliverables have been provided.
