Under no circumstances shall Merigian & Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to delays, dissatisfaction, loss of data, business interruption, cost overruns, or third-party negligence, arising out of or related to the use of this website or any service agreement entered into. Use of services is undertaken solely at the client’s discretion and risk.

Clients are advised to independently assess and vet any recommended third-party provider. No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship shall be construed between Merigian & Co. and any third party by virtue of a referral.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, budgets, timelines, structural limitations, and aesthetic preferences. Merigian & Co. shall not be liable for errors or omissions based on incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by the client. The client acknowledges that design preferences are inherently subjective and final outcomes are influenced by multiple external variables, including construction limitations, product availability, and material discrepancies.

5. Modifications to Terms

Merigian & Co. Interior Design reserves the right to update, alter, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or engagement with our services constitutes binding acceptance of any revisions or modifications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Rockwall County, Texas.
